Loy Krathong:
Loy Krathong, a festival deeply rooted in Thai culture, complements the Yi Peng Lantern Festival. Traditionally held on the evening of the full moon in November, Loy Krathong invites participants to release small, intricately crafted baskets, known as krathongs, onto rivers and waterways. These krathongs, made from natural materials such as banana leaves, flowers, and candles, symbolize the letting go of negativity and the embrace of new beginnings.
